bug report wargus v2016-01-09
- [ ] 1 Destroy any building (even gold mine), build another building exactly on this place, new building cannot be repaired.
- [ ] 2 Sometimes after loading game some territory become unvisited.
- [ ] 3 In some missions in companies (ToD orc 14, Tod hum 08 - but not sure): Some default abilities (Death coil, Eye of Killrog, Holy vision) do not activate. Difficulty = hell.
- [ ] 4 Sometimes: ordering unit move to point - unit moves to another point (green line shows it)
- [ ] 5 Autocast spell - can i set it to a group of units?
- [ ] 6 Option: default order - stop, can i change it for some units?
- [x] 7 Chopping trees - order peasant to chop tree, wait, when it will be 80-90% reorder peasant to town hall - you may repeat it any times. You may add counter to each tree cell on map to prevent it.
- [x] 8 Demolish units (goblin, gnom): radius of clearing map cell must be 2 (in original game). radius of damage = 1.
- [ ] 9 Spells: death and decay, blizzard - makes damage on 1 point by each element (in original game - like ballista bolt, but makes disballance).
- [x] 10 in original game: orge juggernout - required foundry + orge mound (+ human analog), submarine - required gnomish inventry (+ orc analog).
- [x] 11 in original game: ground attack for some units - ballista, battle ship (+orc analog). But it makes cheats for player vs ai.
- [x] 12 Spell runes (orge-mage) - I can place them on building or unit and they activates - cheat! (in original game - only on a free map cells).
- [x] 13 In dialogs - keys Enter, Escape do not work.
- [x] 14 Eye of kilrogg - hotkey is "E" in original game.
- [ ] 15 ToD Human 10 - after something saving game makes bad file. I had a save file, which loaded good. But sometimes later (less 1 minutes * 30 cycles) new saves become bad. Maybe the reason is a new enemy units, maybe a time - I do not understand.
- [x] 16 Holy vision does not activated in this mission too. Tried build knight and later upgrade to paladin, tried upgrate to paladin and later build paladin - Holy vision does not appear.
- [x] 17 Ally (orange) peasants must be "attack peasant" - they cannot build/repair/harvest in original game. not bug: 10 (50 in original game) clicks on sheep will blast it :) It is very good:)
"Sometimes after loading game some territory become unvisited." - confirming, I've definitely had this issue.
"Ally (orange) peasants must be "attack peasant"" - in Tyr's Hand, right? Yeah, these guys should be attacking, and IIRC that's what the attack peasant unit was for in the original game. You could see its stats in the map editor.
8: fixed
10: I checked again in my original Warcraft version and on various sources on the Web, and I cannot find these to be true
11: Ground attack for juggernaut and catapult and the like is enabled
12: Ogre runes cannot be cast on buildings anymore
14: Shortcut corrected
16: it is activated in the source, I'll have to replay to check if it doesn't show up and why if so
17: fixed, reported in #202
