[Feature wish] Issuing orders to a hidden peasant

The "don't deselect while in mine" feature is nice, but its potentail is kind of wasted, because you can't issue orders to a peasant while it's inside the mine. Would be nice if that were possible. This would either bring the peasant out of the mine, or queue the new orders for when he leaves naturally.

While we're on the subject, perhaps this might also be possible while the peasant is constructing a building.
