Can't complete Orc mission 3 and can't use cheat codes to win it

I completely destroyed everything on the map for Orc mission 3 but the game won't finish the mission. Then i thought maybe use cheat codes to just win the mission and nope they don't work. Any help? Also, loading a game every single time causes a crash.
