Peasant/peon, waterelemental, demon - dont care (now)

Footman - Wounded: remove shield Archer - Wounded: scar on arm (he is sleeveless) Catapult- wounded: remove 1 wheel Knight - wounded: 2x scar on horse (front and back) Cleric - Full hp: have book in other hand Conjurer - wounded: lose hat Scorpion -wounded: lose claw

grunt - Full Hp : have small shield (buckler) attached to forearm, but still fight 2x with axe (this make shield upgrade more sensible) spearman - FUll hp: backpack with spears Catapult - wounded: lose 1 wheel Rider - scars on wolf ( nice synergy with Regenration icon upgrade) Necrolyte - Full HP: he is holding magic orb in other hand Warlock - Wounded: drop hood Spider - lose leg Skeleton - lose arm

in general would be better to draw Full HP alteration, as they would not interfere with dying animation.

most cool is footman/grunt with shield losing

good idea is Catapult, scorpion, spider, skeleton, conjurer, warlock (only because mirror conjurer behaviour)

archer, knight, rider, spearman, cleric, necro - need to think again maybe.
