I agree I'm not the biggest fan of Mongo's stance on open source and their license restrictions. Not sure if removing MongoDB entirely from the project is the solution. But...

Running into this issue too when trying to implement this plugin for [Materialious](https://github.com/Materialious/Materialious) on Android, what uses Invidious what doesn't have file extensions in URLs
