I recently had to work out how to get `plaiceholder` (https://github.com/joe-bell/plaiceholder) working inside my `getStaticProps` method to generate blurred image placeholders. As I understand, this works out of the box...

You can get around the awkward "comment out this step for first run" if you use a bash if statement to check if files exist at that path or not...
