[BUG] | Thoradin's Wall is not on the country border.

Your mod version is: Master What expansions do you have installed? all Are you using any submods/mods? If so, which? None that change these things. Please explain your issue in as much detail as possible: Thoradin's Wall is not on the country border. It should be directly above the border. Another thing, depending on the zoom level, the coast boarders are not exact either. Steps to reproduce the issue:
