• [ ] De-Isolation of Pandaria: Any pandaren ruler who is not in pandaria, any ruler (Independent Duke or above, king, or player ruler) who is in diplomatic range of Pandaria, will be able to have contact with a chosen ruler in Pandaria
• [ ] De-Isolation of Uldum: Any ruler (Independent Duke or above, king, or player ruler) who is in diplomatic range of Uldum, will be able to have contact with a chosen ruler in Uldum
• [ ] Orcish Invasion: Should the Orcs take over stormwind, anyone in diplomatic range of them (Independent Duke or above, king, or player ruler) will have contact with the ruler of the Orcish horde
• [ ] Draenei Crash: anyone in diplomatic range (Independent Duke or above, king, or player ruler) of them will have contact with one of the Draenei rulers, or if there are any draenei on the map besides them
• [ ] Founding of Theramore: one in diplomatic range (Independent Duke or above, king, or player ruler) of them will have contact with the ruler of Theramore
