Magic Duels

@helloruhe suggested special duel mechanics for casters. let's plan this feature Currently:

  • Not all spells are available in a magic duel to be being OP or not applicable
  • Most spells have no cast time in a magic duel, and their cd will be reduced.
  • Can people die from magic duels? We'll see.

Wil be done on the main magic branch after lifestyles are done. going to update the desc with some features i see would be fit
