What expansions do you have installed? all

Are you using any submods/mods? If so, which?

Please explain your issue in as much detail as possible: Cant upgrade stables to rank 6, not enough UI room

Steps to reproduce the issue: makes stables

So fun fact, you can upgrade it, you just need to click on a previous level upgrade and it'll give you the option to upgrade to the next level.
