Binary link dead

The link for downloading the binaries in the readme (http://gallery.johnwarburton.net/MultimediaTools-mingw-w64-Open-source.exe) is dead and hasn't been archived. MAybe update it or publish binaries on github

I'm sorry about that. I didn't realise that there are two links to the binary in the README. The first was correct, but not the second. It'll be fixed in a moment.
