Yep, still in testing. I'm planning to release this together with the new tournament formats this week (hopefully). Edit: I'm sorry, still need a few days.
Took me a while, sorry about that. Kept testing and kept finding bugs... But it's live now.
Eliminations as a separate format is something I also want to do, but probably not immediately, since it would even more delay releasing round-robin and this.
There should be rating range set on presets already: https://github.com/WandererXII/lishogi/blob/7374e5923a5240bb2093aafad6bc989308cf3340/ui/lobby/src/ctrl.ts#L67 It's not set for users, who still have high deviation to their scores (like first few games in relevant rating)...

Maybe related - hear opponents clock. I could add a preference option, something like: **Clock sounds I hear:** [Only mine] [My and opponent's clock] [Every observed game]
I think 2. sounds good. Or we could even go all in and for Japanese have it say "15分切れ60秒" which would be 15|60. Not sure what increment would be here.
I think we need to make sure the clients have sufficient version of Fairy SF in shoginet.
