Improvement: interpolated normals for triangles

Currently, the Triangle primitive stores only one normal for the entire triangle. Many 3D object formats contain three normals per triangle, one per vertex. When available, use them, interpolating with barycentric coordinates. This should make surfaces appear smoother.
