[UI] send: unable to see full P2WSH address on small window size
General Description
when paying to a P2WSH address on a window size smaller than half the screen, user is unable to see the full address. Even when navigating the address using keyboard arrows.
How To Reproduce?
- Go to send
- have small size window
- paste P2WSH address like
tb1qrp33g0q5c5txsp9arysrx4k6zdkfs4nce4xj0gdcccefvpysxf3q0sl5k7 - There is no way to see the full address
I understand that the address doesn't fit on this window size, but I expect that the address will "move" when navigating with the keyboard arrows

The issue here is why the caret is not always visible when the input is long. Can repro here, can not repro on other Input fields like PasswordBox or BAB input field.
