Add metamask provider (with install suggestion)

This is still not working properly after I added some more checks on top of @worldlyjohn PR

Most importantly... Make it default behavior (no need to configure it) for suggesting Metamask installation on the following conditions only when desktop browser is used and no other injected provider is present
