[improvement] Canceling SIWE request after switching chains should return to connected network instead of disconnect

Summary

If I'm using SIWE and I switch chains, it will prompt for another signature. However, if I hit cancel it will disconnect the wallet.

This is expected behavior if I had just connected my wallet, but I was switching chains.
