Blacklist changes

The "Change in length more than xxx characters" mode already removes some small changes.

I would love to see a list (of regular expressions?) which are disregarded ("Don't show changes conforming to the following regexp"). For example I could put a regexp for the date into this list and I don't get alerts if the date changes. Or a regexp for that page counter. Or for the page element showing an ad. Or for all the news I am not interested in.

Would that be possible?
