WIP: FDroid

Add FDroid into Lokal. Fdroid itself is just a bunch of static files served by a HTTP server. in order to generate those files, you'd need an fdroid "serverutils" that is almost 2GB docker image with very unintuitive controls. Do we want to include that for every user or just the static files?
