@trivenikulkarni, @kaushikgokhale Added changes for Resizable component and Resizable layout currently holding this branch due to some issue still need to resolve for that facing some issue like the complete right side need to be resizable but its not working current we can able to resize only from the right bottom corner. This fixes need to be done
