Steps to Reproduce a Bug

1. Login to https://stage-react.raaghu.ai/?path=/story/components-forgot-password--default&args=languageLabel:;reset:!false
2. Navigate Components > Forgot Password /Forms Basic/Get Assistance
3. Check Icon
4. Check Placeholder text

Actual Result

Expected Result Email has been sent Icon should be proper in size Consistency should be in placeholdertext
