Describe a Bug The radio buttons and checkbox buttons do not respond to clicks and remain unchanged. Steps to Reproduce a Bug

  1. Login to https://stage-react.raaghu.ai/?path=/story/components-database-connection--default
  2. Navigate Components > Database Connection/Developer code/Edition Information/Email settings/Email/Features/Form Settings
  3. Attempt to click on the radio buttons and checkbox buttons for all pages

Actual Result Image Image Image Image Image Image

Expected Result The radio buttons and checkbox buttons should change state when clicked (radio buttons should be selected, and checkboxes should be checked).
