Describe a Bug Completed State Shows Incomplete Steps in dash and block steps

Steps to Reproduce a Bug 1.Login to https://stage-react.raaghu.ai/?path=/story/components-stepper--dash&args=steps:4;height:9;state:completed 2.Navigate > Components > Stepper > Dash/Block 3.Observe the status of the steps

Actual Result

Expected Result All steps should be marked as completed when the state is marked as completed
