1. Find/Create an ACL matrix defining what ledger roles have the authority to call the `get-validator-info` transaction, and indicate what, if any data is filtered out for the given roles....

If anyone has some time, could you please test to see if this issue has been fixed in the VSCode extension.
I believe this is still an issue. I'll have to double check next time I run the scripts, but I believe some dependencies are missing.
@lynnbendixsen, Could you have a look at the NIC configuration and update it as needed for Ubuntu 20.04 (to use netplan)?
