"ISO: could not read sector 1b5a8"

After doing Run firmware setup and Repartition disk or disk image for NT installation the raw disk image does not show up, only "Cancel"

I also tried Create disk images on SD/IDR for NT installation (SLOW) and Front SD Slot shows up but it doesn't matter what partition size I try it just returns error Failed to create image 1: Fault occured

I made sure to put the disk image in /nt/ and name it "disk00.img" I used qemu-img create disk00.img 2G to make it too.

I've also tried:

  • Formating disk00.img to fat32 to see if it would show up
  • Making a 2nd one called disk01.img

But still nothing.

What SD card are you using? Can you try a different one?

Yeah, It was the sd card. I used a different one and it worked.

But now after repartitioning for NT, rebooting and running setup from cd00, I get: ISO: could not read sector 1b5a8 Error: Device error Press any key to continue...

And after pressing a key it just takes me back to the first screen

What file system are you using for WinNT , FAT32 or NTFS? I found FAT32 format during Win install works best, ntfs is slow and had a few errors during win install. Also what is the exact name of the NT iso you are using? Eg nt 4.0 workstation for ….

this seems again like an SD card issue...

Ok I tried a different sd card and it said the same thing

In that case, maybe try a different ISO.
