Add CI

Here's the separate PR for the CI, since you said you're unsure about it.

In my eyes it comes with the advantage that it's immediately obvious when a commit breaks the build. Also, other people can download the artifacts quicker than anyone can build the project, meaning you can push a change and a minute later you can get the first test results from someone else.
