Live stream ended 3 hours ago but still shows live, won't disconnect

Never seen nginx do this before but the 4 minute timeout never ended this and neither is the kill dead streams every 60 minutes in the live plugin.

Not sure why it is stuck, we do not have the admin buttons under the live stream I have no way to manually disconnect it.

I am thinking the server having UFW running might have been the issue. Since I removed it last night do not see idle streams today. Might still be early though, will wait for streams today to see if it is fixed.
