since version 12.8, updating via Git Pull on my server broke that's why I need files to update via FTP

Git pull is strongly recommended

If you insist in download a zip, just download the latest that will include all updates

then you can leave the old version 12.9, 14.0, 14.1 ??? and what about the database ? what about the data from the old versions ?

Once you download the latest you will see all the updates.

if you shared AVideo versions there would be no problem with updating old versions
