Adding videos to playlists, favorites, watch later - broken again

This was fixed a few months ago and the same bug is back.

If you go to a video, add a video to a playlist, favourite, watch later and check to see if it was added, you will see it wasn't added.

where are you checking it? can you please provide some screenshots so I can understand where are you doing it?

First image mate. I have added the vid to watch later and favorites as you can see them selected. Second image i have refreshed the page and tried to add them again. If it worked the first time the watch later and favorites should still be selected. I checked in watch later and favorites and they are not there. The same thing would happen if i added to any other playlist. Thanks
