@DanielnetoDotCom I've been having problems with static thumbnail images for new videos for some time now. I upload it through the public encoder and the image is not displayed correctly in the listing. The image is not updated, it is not replaced. This causes a lot of confusion, as you cannot understand what the system is doing. The images do not change in the listing, even after clearing the cache.

Check the video to see that some appear and others do not. Anyone whose thumbnail does not appear is set to FALSE. Even resending the file it remains FALSE and without the thumbnail.
