Upgraded server to Ubuntu 22 and Encoder stopped working

Got a new server and running Ubuntu 22.04 LTS on it. Everything works great except Videos don't get encoded. They get uploaded, I can see them in the Encoder/video dir, but they never move beyond that state. In the Queue Log tab, they each have the following: try [1] Error on return_vars->videos_id
