A more user friendly notice

Could we get a more user-friendly notice when a viewer tries to watch a video from an account that has run out of disk space? This 403 slapping the viewer in the face can be a bit off-putting. I'd suggest a softer image along with a more friendly text something like. Unfortunately, this video is not available because the broadcaster has run out of disk space. If this is your channel or you're the broadcaster, log in to add more disk space or delete videos from your account to free up space." Or something to that effect.

Or allow Admin to define the text and image for this action if at all possible.
