checkbox sendVerificationMailAutomatic appears twice

Describe the bug sendVerificationMailAutomatic option appears twice

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to plugins
2. Scroll down to 'CustomizeUser'
3. Click on 'Edit parameters'
4. CTRL+F for sendVerificationMailAutoma
5. See error: the first instance found is sendVerificationMailAutomatic, correctly spelled, the 2nd instance sendVerificationMailAutomaic is wrongly spelled, t missing.

Expected behavior Dont' know which one to (un)check, or to (un)check both to make it work. And not understanding what the option is for, my guess is keeping both of them unchecked will have those newly registered accounts not receive verification emails unless the admin initiates email verification?
