share from facebook ask for a username and password

Looking to share (copy) a video from facebook , but it fails, I did upgrade to the last youtube-dl, still ask for username and password, I got a vps ubuntu , clean and install youtube-dl, and works fine with facebook videos. What would be the issue?, Thank you.

what do you mean "still ask for username and password"

and is it working or not?

not it does not work, I am running from Avideo GUI and got the error "can't get title......upgrade youtube-dl", then I did upgrade... I ran from shell youtube-dl and got the error "need username and password"... so in the end I can;t import a video from Facebook, it works fine with other platforms.

It seems to me to be a youtube-dl issue, I guess I cannot help you with that
