[Feature request] Stop with disk almost full

[maxlinux2000]

It has happened to me that my partner has gone too far, uploading videos and has filled the entire disk. All videos uploaded with a full disk were corrupted (zero bytes size).

I would like the Encoder to stop itself, when it detects that the disk is almost full, giving a warning message to the user. And at the same time notify the admin by mail about the problem
