Add upload buttons to encoder

When I download and install the encoder, the encoder has an AJAX style uploader once the file is selected...the AVideo network encoder has buttons to instigate the upload. I find having the button type interface much more intuitive, is there a setting somewhere that I can switch my encoder to that style?

I have attached both...the first picture is my encoder, the second one is Avideo's encoder...you can see in Avideo's there are buttons to upload, in mine there is a drag and drop that starts uploading once the file is selected. I want to buttons.

which one you are saying is better? the drag and drop or the start/cancel/delete buttons?

I like aVideo's better, the drag and drop is not intuitive and starts uploading without interaction. I have had a few test users say they don't like that interface either...so if I can get the buttons, that'd be awesome.

I see, you are probably using an old encoder version

you must update it and you will have the buttons, just like the public one.
