WSAGapps For multiple users

I tried using the Add-AppxPackage -register command for my second user which is a admin user but I'm getting the below mentioned error 👇🏻

This isn't a issue with this repo, it's a drawback to how registered unpacked msix apos. They can only be registered to one user on a machine. It's a limitation in Windows

so because they can only be registered to one user does that mean you cant fake the system into making it think like oh another wsa application seperate than wsa. or some work around to get the second user to use wsa for android. at this time the only reason i even care about wsa is so i can run google home. it works perfectly fine for my personal use but id like other users at home to have access to google home through the same pc. suggestions.

Changing the information that Windows uses would also unfortunately break a lot of things. It seems that for now at least, it's one install per machine

Is this just for the wsagapps script or is this true for wsa on machines installing Microsoft's WSA using the preview??? So stock wsa?
