Splash screen briefly opens, nothing else happens, no preinstalled apps, can't connect to ADB either

As you can see in the image, no apps show up. If I try to use the Files link or Developer Settings link, it shows the splash, but it disappears after a few seconds. An IP address does appear for ADB, but trying to use it says the device actively refused the connection.

Anything I can do to fix this?

Try running Start-Process wsa://com.android.vending in powershell.

It should launch play store, and try signing in then.

Too late, already switched to WSA-Magisk which does everything automatically, and worked first try.
