Stuck on starting WSA

When i click on files > i keep stuck on one screen and then it closes on its own , please help

Try the command: powershell Start-Process was://com.android.vending to start play store. Make sure you run it in either Command Prompt or Powershell. It should then start the Play Store. Wait for about 15 minutes. Then Turn Off the subsystem and try launching Play Store from the start menu.
