Drag and drop to change colour picker image doesn't work on all browsers

Was a nice thought to have drag and drop replacement of the colour picker image but with not being able to get it to work on some browsers and the other issue of cross domain restrictions it looks like the best fix for this is to:

Allow editing of the colour picker image by using the WordPress media system, and remember it until changed.
