Pull in new files from remote URL

We have the ability to create new files or directories. How about adding the functionality to add new files from an external url.

So a multiline text input, one URL per line. WPide will then go off and grab the files from those urls. Only really useful for text and images as Dynamic content (PHP, ASP etc) will not be available via a URL request.
