Current Outcome

Currently, when someone registers in the registration form and login, an error message shows up: "Error: Your account verification is not completed. Please try again later." Image for reference:

Desired Outcome

Ideally, the user will able to log into their account and be redirected to the account page and not encounter the error.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Register using the WPUM registration form.
2. Login to the account that is just created.
3. You'll be redirected to 'account-verification' page.
4. The error will show up.

Extra details

1. No plugin and theme conflict
2. Could not reproduce on test site
3. Registration form is properly configured
4. WPUM settings is properly configured
5. WordPress redirection settings are set by default
6. No redirection plugin (before and while the issue is happening)

That's what I thought. However, when I deactivate all the plugins, leaving only WPUM and its add-ons; the issue is still there. Here's the plugin list: plugin_list.pdf
