6.4 file: Something is breaking Twenty Sixteen

When the 6.4 block test data file is imported and Twenty Sixteen is activated, the first post in the loop on the front of the site is broken.

it displays the "post meta" information twice, and one of the outputs is incorrect and broken visually: 65-twenty-sixteen-block-test-data
