Sorry, there has been an error.
This does not appear to be a WXR file, missing/invalid WXR version number

Fresh install, first thing I did was go to import the theme unit test data and got this message. Can anyone explain what this means or what I may need to do to fix this?

@MarkBatchelder this just happened to me. I solved it by unzipping the zip on my computer, then importing one of the xml files in the resulting package directoly.
