Resending simulated emails sends raw text (doesn't parse html)

Hi, If you put sending into simulation mode and the site tries to send a legitimate email, when you try to resend that simulated email, it sends it as raw text.

Hopefully this can be resolved as it is not unusual for an email to need to be resent if it was simulated initially.
