Difference between 'your booking is confirmed' and 'your booking is received'

I am using Stripe with Fluent Form to get my paid bookings. It has been working for months without any issue. suddenly, in the past 2 days I stopped receiving my booking confirmation emails, and these same clients tell me that the form hangs after they make payment and in some cases they pay/submit again. In my Stripe portal I have received double payments, but also the email I get that a new booking is received does not come to me.

In reviewing my Fluent Form SMTP tab and then the email log.. every client I have an issue with says 'your booking is confirmed' when in the past the messages read ' your booking is received' Now I have started get a mix. My stripe portal looks fine - they seem to all say payment received. Any advice or help would be appreciated.
