Feature Request: AJAX operations & toggles

The constant page-refreshes with WPCD become quite a hassle when trying to quickly setup site and server options. I hope we can get to something at smooth as this eventually: This is from the Cwicly settings panel, a FSE-plugin for Wordpress. It's clear that they're doing everything through AJAX and wp-json API calls.
