option to add half star ratings

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. But of course, when setting up the testimonails (review quotes) I’ve collected, I stumble upon a limitation. Some reviewers have given half-stars to my novel (for instance, 3.5 instead of rounding up to 4).
