Tested this on local installation ( plugin version 2.51.5 ) with a 5 MB file and seemed to work, no errors found and this seemed to be the case prior to the 2.51.5 version of the plugin. Maybe it was fixed in the update?
Dear @razvanaldea89 the support team has an account on https://manifestodelgioco.it/firma/ where you can test the issue. I see that that the version we have is 2.51.4 updated 3 months ago, I can't find an update to the 2.51.5 to test it yet. Thanks for your help we are continuing losing testimonials due to this error mainly people from mobile that add big pictures and than don't want to make the entry again even if we added 2 disclamer.
Hello @serradino ,
The 2.51.5 version is in testing stage and is being prepared to be rolled out, don't know exactly when that will be. Regarding your problem, seems that it gives a 403 Forbidden. Is it possible that you send to our support team the error log so that we can have a look?
another user is having a similar issue, with images bigger than 2mb
I am having an issue with the testimonial form when uploading images with a size approx 2mb or larger (this is well under the max file upload size set for wordpress and php). I am getting a 503 error. Checking my cpanel stats, it appears the physical memory usage is jumping from approx 120MB to my 512MB limits. I have tried disabling all other plugins, and the problem still persists. I have also tried uninstalling the strong testimonials plugin, however, I was unable to reinstall it and had to restore my site from a backup (received a plugin installation {"success":false,"data":"An error occurred, please try again."} error). I can upload the same image without issue using a regular form, and have no problems submitting a testimonial without an image attachment.
