Update wp.org translations with translations from our plugin folder.

We offer some translations in \wp-content\plugins\rsvp\languages ( french for example ) and they are ok. WordPress downloads translations for our plugin and adds them in wp-content\languages\plugins and these are incomplete and wrong.
