@beatricelucaci if the Download's slug is press-release then yes, we can do that if we change the endpoint value to Download slug in dashboard > Downloads > Settings > Advanced > Pages setup

+1 possible to manually change the ID of the downloads ? (so i can have a personnalised URL and shortcode).

I'm creating a new version of my website but i have to add a new download file right now. So i have to do it twice : the actual « old » website, and the future new one. If it is left on ID and we give another ID than the correct one most probably will lead to unwanted behaviour. One way to do this without having problems is by using Download slug and not ID for the download endpoint.
